If you are painting along in Procreate simply place the sketch as your bottom layer of your canvas and paint on a new layer.

If you are painting traditionally on watercolor paper you will need to buy some carbon paper to trace the sketch onto your watercolor paper. First, print out the sketch to your desired size. Next, place the carbon paper dark side down onto your watercolor paper. Then, place the printed sketch on top of the carbon paper. Trace the printed sketch with a pencil and it will transfer it to the watercolor paper by pressing the carbon from the carbon paper into the watercolor paper.
